The Sports Institute's goal is to enhance athletic performance. The Sports Institute programs are designed to bring a scientific approach through biomechanics, neuromuscular coordination, anaerobic conditioning and muscle physiology to achieve higher levels of performance. The specialized high-intensity programs are developed and intended for competitive athletes from age 10 through adult.
